Bäch United is equipped with a state of the art range of machinery and production systems that ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency across all stages of manufacturing. Our advanced equipment includes a Beam Saw for accurate cutting, an Edge Banding Machine for clean and seamless finishes, and a CNC 6 Side Drilling Machine for complex and highly detailed work. We also operate a Hot Press for laminated surfaces and a Wide Belt Sander Machine to achieve perfectly smooth finishes. Our dedicated paint line features a Sillar Room for preparation, a Spray Booth for controlled application, and a Dry Room to ensure flawless curing and finishing. This comprehensive setup allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and meet the diverse needs of our clients with reliability and excellence.
Paint Line
Bäch United’s advanced Paint Line is designed to deliver flawless finishing with consistency, efficiency, and environmental control. The process begins in the Sillar Room, a preparation area where surfaces are carefully sanded, sealed, and readied for coating. From there, components move to the Spray Booth, a controlled environment that ensures even application of paints and finishes using high precision spraying systems. Once coated, items are transferred to the Dry Room, where optimal temperature and airflow are maintained to ensure proper curing and a durable, high quality finish. This integrated system allows us to maintain superior aesthetic standards and meet the specific requirements of each project with precision and professionalism.
Manufacturing & Logistics Facilities
Bäch United operates a fully equipped main manufacturing facility in Riyadh, designed to support high volume production with precision, efficiency, and consistency. This central hub houses our advanced machinery, dedicated paint line, and skilled workforce, enabling us to deliver bespoke joinery and woodwork solutions to the highest standards.
In addition to the main factory, Bäch United has logistics facilities across Saudi Arabia to support major projects. These site specific setups allow us to streamline production, reduce delivery times, and adapt quickly to project needs. By bringing manufacturing closer to the point of execution, we ensure greater control, flexibility, and timely delivery for our clients.
